Hey, I'm Sig.
I’m a body image mentor, Certified Health & Mindset coach, and an Eating Psychology Practitioner who specialises in helping women fall madly in love with their bodies, minds and lives.
I was just like you, confused, disconnected from my body and felt so helpless in my negative behavioural patterns.
No matter how hard I worked out or stuck to my diet, I felt this sense of emptiness that controlled me for over a decade.
After going through my healing journey, learning about neuroscience, human behaviour, becoming confident, embodying at mastering my own mind and understanding how the mindset works, I expanded my own inner methods. And as a result I now teach women all over the world the fundamentals of taking control of their mindsets and radical confidence.

WHY I GOT INTO HELPING WOMEN
I got into helping women because of my personal journey. When I was a young girl, I enjoyed sports and initially aimed for a career in fitness. However, my interests evolved, and I developed a passion for martial arts, swimming, and football.
As I got older and completed my university education, I found myself drawn back to the field of health. Working as a photographer and a fitness sales advisor in 2012 deepened my fascination with the human body and its potential. This eventually led me to participate in a bodybuilding show in 2013 and ignited my love for lifting heavy weights.
During my own struggles with an eating disorder and back injuries, I discovered an effective and sustainable approach to achieving the body freedom I had been searching for, after trying countless other methods.
As I learned to listen to and respect my body, I realized that I needed to share this approach with others. So, here we are! I'm incredibly excited to empower others to regain confidence in their own bodies.
I don’t believe in one-size fits all for anything. Which is why I offer one on one coaching and private mentoring, all done either online. It’s all about what works for you, which means doing not what is easiest or instant, but what is right nad needed.
